The carpet had lots of stains. Bedding seemed clean. Furniture has not been updated in many many years.

The room was clean except for the carpet it was stained and sticky so be sure to take some slippers to wear around the room. The beds were comfortable but they really need to fix up the building. The paint was pealing off the wall and the carpet desperately needs replacing and the drains in the sink and tub do not drain properly. The view of the river is relaxing and peaceful and the rocking chairs were very nice. It’s way over priced for the condition of the building. I would not recommend unless they do some major repairs to the building.

Have been staying for years and will again and again. The view from the balcony is great and the sound of the river flowing is so relaxing. This place is just what I needed to relax and unwind. The atmosphere of cherokee is more laid back than most places and we love it.
