The hotel and room were very clean and the fan came in very handy as it was extremely hot. Our towels were changed every day. Breakfast was available if we wanted it. The room's window overlooked St Michael's Church and some trees, which made it quite pleasant. I would recommend it for a short stay as it is fairly central if travelling locally.

Great hotel, lovely staff, clean and comfy room, reasonably priced. The only downside is you can hear everything in your room so bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken up by someone in the next room having a piss in the middle of the night.

真實評價

Parking was easy and secure. Location was good with lots of local amenities. The room was very basic but very clean which is the most important to me.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Checking staff was rude, could not cope with pressure and they have the cheek to be asking for extras for rooms with air-conditioning
真實評價

8/10 很好

Very clean but came up on Hotel.com as " breakfast included" but it wasn't so there was an extra charge and also, breakfast needs to be pre-booked. We didn't know that and the kitchen was closed at 9.15am on a Sunday!

真實評價

6/10 不錯

Good and Bad….The GOOD WAS staff were very nice and the location for us perfect, the breakfast excellent. The BAD… The BAD it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in a hotel anywhere. We could barely fit in and we are not big people. There was nowhere to hang a towel shelf or ledge in the shower to put any soap or shampoo on. Nowhere to put our case on to unpack and most of all no aircon on what were the hottest few days of the year. There was a Fan which helped a little. But the size of the room was around 10ft x 8ft with a double bed allowing about a Foot from the wall on the one side. Now we have stayed here before and had a room on the upper floors which were fine but this room was downstairs so I would avoid booking them.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

On arrival I was told that as I’d requested a quiet room I’d been given a free upgrade from a single to a double - but I had actually booked and paid for a double. The room was clean but one curtain was part hanging off the rail which was a little annoying. When I returned to my room the second night - housekeeping had changed the bath mat and replaced one of the mugs but the other was still sat with milk and a spoon in it.
