Not what I expected.
The property was so nice, clean. But the TV they don't have cable, the remote was broken and they have 3 tvs and only one work. But you couldn't wash a simple game baseball. Also the jacuzzi neither one works properly. The lamp in one of the bedroom wasn't working and cables cut. Very dangerous and they never came to clean our room Saturday. The facility very nice but it's not worth it.😡

Room not ready
Its my 2nd time staying in this villa. The 1st time I didnt have issues. The 2nd time I was charged $35 dollars fir kids over 12. Fir kids over 5 it was $25. Per night. Maybe i didnt read that somewhere in the fine print. Also, i checked in at 7pm, however, check in is at 3pm and we wete yold to wait cus our room wasnt ready. We had friends also book that same day and they also had to wait for their room.

The place is very clean, housekeeping and the grounds people do a great job at keeping it as pretty as they can given the condition of the villas. The low star rating is because the owners really need to invest in maintaining the place. It’s falling apart. The ceiling have mold. The Tv in the room was broken. The outside of the property has huge cracks everywhere. I’m sure the weather might affect the structure, but they really need to fix it up. Also, nothing is complimentary. Not coffee. Not water. So take your own stuff.
