Cleaning issues
Maid service was regular. We found hair in the bathtub and remainings of soap in tje soap holder, so the administrator apologized and gave us a free dinner in a restaurant nearby.

O hotel está bem localizado, mas durante à noite, não me pareceu seguro. Localiza-se dentro de um complexo de vários prédios comerciais, ocupando alguns andares (do 19º ao 23º andar), por isso, é silencioso. Os quartos são bons, mas pequenos. As camas são confortáveis. O banheiro é bem apertado. O ar-condicionado é bom e as camas são confortáveis. Roupa de cama, ok. Café da manhã ruim: café instantâneo, suco de caixinha extramente doce, pratos pequenos (nem cabem uma fatia de pão).

Our visit to this hotel did not actually happen because the company transfered our booking to a sister hotel, without charge, because of the troubles in the centre of Santiago. The ratings are thus for this hotel in Providencia. Good wifi, comfortable beds, separate lounge/kitchenette area and lovely area. Breakfast came the evening before in a picnic basket but no milk. The only tv was in the bedroom

péssimo
Chegamos no hotel e o estacionamento grátis não tinha disponibilidade, sendo que na reserva dizia que tinha e não precisava fazer prévia reserva. Por conta disso, nos enviaram para um outro hotel da rede, RQ City, do qual era bem mais velho o apartamento do que o reservado. O café da manhã do outro hotel era uma bandeja deixada nos quartos no dia anterior. No outro, era um buffet. Por conta dos protestos no Chile, toque de recolher e estado de emergência decretado pelo presidente, tivemos que ir embora do país 2 dias antes do previsto. O hotel nos informou que iria devolver as duas diárias. O mesmo não aconteceu. Tentamos de todas as maneiras o reembolso das 2 diárias e o hotel se negou a devolver. Quanto ao apartamento, o chuveiro mal funcionava, os móveis velhos, os batentes das portas com cupim, o wi-fi não pegava sempre. Não recomendo este hotel nem pro meu pior inimigo.

MELHOR OPÇÃO DA CIDADE
A melhor opção q já conheci em Santiago. Excelente instalações, apartamentos com uma cozinha básica q me ajudou mto na elaboração de minha dieta especial. Café da manhã bom, boas opções, oferecido em uma cafeteria no térreo, q pertence ao hotel. Enxoval muito bom, bem higienizados. Banheiro excelente, metais de ótima qualidade. Ñ tive problemas de frio na suit e, já q o reservatório do aquecimento d'água fica na unidade e mantém cerca de 24° no inverno. Se estiver mto quente há o Split do ar a seu dispor. Há estacionamento coberto, com vaga fixa, fechado. No térreo há várias lojas/restaurantes neste Cjto e 2 supermercados (Ñ é mini ñ). Perto de tudo do centro. De verdade achei a melhor opção da cidade. É um ótimo edifício de 25 andares, com boa vista das suítes, seguro! MAS NÃO DEIXE DE OBSERVAR Q É UMA REGIÃO PASSÍVEL DE TERREMOTOS E OUTROS SINISTROS, ENTÃO PREFIRA SEMPRE SE HOSPEDAR ATÉ O 3° ANDAR, NO MAX 4° , PARA UMA EVENTUAL EVACUAÇÃO DE EMERGÊNCIA.

A atenção dos funcionários é muito boa, precisava de uma garagem e resolveram assim que liberou uma vaga. Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, falta um café expresso. Problema é que não tem vagas de garagem suficiente e nem convênio com nenhum estacionamento terceirizado.

Tive um pequeno problema no check in, não acharam minha reserva, contudo, logo resolveram. O quarto é amplo e bem equipado, com microondas, frigobar, fogao, panela, talheres, copos, xícaras, saca rolhas, muita coisa! A cama é muito boa, ar condicionado funciona bem e a vista é muito boa. O banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas sem maiores problemas. O wifi não pegava no meu andar de jeito nenhum, eu sempre ficava no andar que servem café para conseguir sinal. Recepção muito boa. Do lado do hotel tem uma lanchonete 24hrs que sempre quebra um galho. Salvo problema com Wi-Fi, eu voltaria e indico o hotel.

Um bom hotel
No geral cumpriu com o que eu esperava.Hotel bem proximo a supermercado e muito bem localizado.As instalaçoes sao muito boas e o quarto é enorme, tem uma cozinha que deixa tudo mais pratico, o banheiro deixa a desejar por ser muito pequeno e as toalhas de banho precisam ser sibstituídas, estao velhas e algumas cheiram mal e o café da manha poderia ser bemm melhor, poucos itens e quase tudo insduatrializado, deixou a desejar.

Destaques: localização, bom atendimento e boa relação custo x beneficio. Oportunidades: a internet funcionou bem nos 3 primeiros dias mas depois nos últimos 4 dias não funcionou: voce conectava inicialmente e depois de 2 minutos ela caía. Eles tentaram corrigir mas não funcionou.
