I visited during the slack season between skiing and summer activities. The Selkirk was was in mint condition and staffed appropriately for the low volume of guests. The staff is what made the stay enjoyable. Very friendly and helpfull and proctive in making sure our stay was a good one

Very nice place. Decor was tasteful. Room was clean and large. Staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The only negative was the HVAC unit fan was loud and the whole unit rattled while the compressor was on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property was clean with amazing views all around. There is plenty to do and a few places to eat and drink. Mattresses were a little outdated and worn in. The hot tubs were very small and dirty and pool area just didn't seem kept up.

Outdoor pool was lovely surprise but hot tub jets not working. But many hefty clean towels available. Maybe some pots of flowers to add some color. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about questions regarding hiking and coffee places in town. When I was confused about tv set up concierge escorted me to room personally to show me.

Staff Joey was helpful, vending machine products were expired, WiFi worked for 20 minutes total and they charge $260 holding fee for incidentals(I called confirming I was to pay $70 which is what my booking reservation said I owed as well as a front desk agent to then be told $260) Overall it was a generic hotel with the word lodge attached minus complimentary items Was a good place to sleep but will not book again

Wonderful place, location, and room. Everything was updated and clean and cozy. The views from the room were like being in a snow globe, just stunning and so beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. (not a negative at all, but we were talking about how nice it would be to have some room options with a fireplace!). Thank you Selkirk staff! We had a blast!

I really appreciated Joe at the front desk. We originally booked 1 night thru Expedia as that was all that was presented as an option. When I went looking for our next night's stay location I found that I could again book a night at Selkirk. When I went to ask Joe about perhaps not having to change rooms he said that he had already taken care of it. He saw the new booking and made certain that we would stay in the same room. Very proactive! He was also very helpful with questions on activities in the area and places to visit. Great employee and a wonderful stay.

We had a large, clean room with view of mountain and chair lifts. Very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a nice pool and spa. Parking was secure beneath the building behind a locked gate. Restaurant was walkably close.

Lovely large room with view of the ski runs. Fluffy towels and comfortable bed made our stay great. Staff were friendly. Sandpoint is a 15 minute drive down a snaking road with tight switchbacks. However, there were nice restaurants associated with the resort.
