We had a wonderful time here. Staff was very welcoming made you feel right at home. Breakfast is delicious very organic and natural. Perfect for families . Close enough to the city center without being in the busy traffic. 5 min drive to the main plaza. Really good dinner place around the corner . The pool is amazing. The hot to. Was a plus!

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would only recommend to start adding AC units to the rooms, because during the approaching summer months, it was hot at times. The breakfast was on point! I felt safe.

Excellent location, About 10 minutes away from the city. Great staff Team.
It is a container style room with modern accents. We enjoyed the patio with private yacuzzi in each room. Breakfast included was outstanding like a full meal. Great food and drinks with a pool overlooking the two volcanos.
We were on business/vacation so we did miss a closet to organize our clothes. But if you are going on vacation you wont need it.
Thank you everyone at Elite for making our 6 days memorable. JR

Would not stay here again. No English speaking staff. No washcloths. No A/C. Room was supposed to come with breakfast daily, no breakfast. The bed was extremely hard. There were no stores in the proximity of hotel. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.
