Modern and clean property, easy walk to Newborn Monument. Reception manager Majlind was very helpful and organised all my outings with taxi fares the same as locals pay. I could not have had such a good vacation in Pristina without his help.

Very helpful staff, except for girl who was serving breakfast. Locked herself away one morning in the kitchen so she had no more orders to take or make. Rooms quiet dated bathrooms small with shower spike and sink sqeezed in

Overall excellent value for the money. Breakfast was adequate, my room 208, was delightful, but the shower/bath was old and worn out. The whirlpool didn’t work and the door was uneven. There was little natural light. Walking from the bus station was an experience- I wouldn’t feel safe after dark. Location very good. The highlight is the lovely staff!

Kaikki toimi.

Staff were excellent, informative and very helpful Breakfast was average, but appreciated eggs cooked to order. What let breakfast down was only being allowed to have 1 cup of coffee. On the whole a good friendly hotel, rooms a bit tired in terms of decor. Would stay there again and recommend to others

This hotel is great for a city trip to Pristina. It’s in a great location, just a 5- to 10-minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist with even the smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use as it was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, I would be happy to stay here again should I ever be in the area and need somewhere to stay.

Jeg følte mig meget velkommen her.

The room was lovely and warm, the breakfast, not a buffet, was very contonental but good except that you were only allowed one cup of coffee. There was a kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee but the staff were lovely.
