A gem in Manhattan!
It was our first trip to NYC, so I asked our friends for some hotel recommendations. This one was at the top of the list. We needed a late check-in, and the staff was very accommodating. The fruit infused water at the front desk was refreshing each day. Though our room was very small, it didn’t really matter as we were out exploring the city all day. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were so incredibly comfortable. The hotel is close to many food options, and it was so quiet at night. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years and have been very pleased both times. It is very close to several subway lines and walking distance to Port Authority and Penn Station. It is very quiet at night and the streets are pretty empty once the flower shops close.

The PH was small but definitely cozy. They keep their residents in mind bc for Fourth of July they did a free cookout! I will say the walls are not that sound proof and the free breakfast was okay. Hotel breakfast is never perfect but it definitely had more options than others. If you like big rooms this is not the place for you. This hotel serves its purpose perfectly! Nice place to stay and VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION!
