Unprofessional and substandard

During my stay, hot water was not available in the room. Additionally, the system indicated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case according to the reception. When I raised the issue, the front office staff responded unprofessionally, making tasteless jokes such as, “I can buy Simit if you wish.” This was disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of service.

Yeni bir işletme ancak oldukça temiz. Personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olma gayesinde. Yeni oldukları için konaklama esnasında binada ufak tefek eksikler/ işlemler vardı ancak bu asla misafiri rahatsız edecek şekilde de değil. Misafirlerinin geri bildirimlerini de oldukça önemsiyorlar.
