Pros:
 -Decent sized room with a laundry machine and drying rack, which is useful. -Conveniently located close to subway lines 1 and 2. -The air conditioning works well. Cons: -Unsteady water temperature in the shower, it randomly becomes very hot or very cold often. -Hectic breakfast: be prepared for long lines, unless you get lucky. Basic food options with essentially no protein. -There are not nearly enough elevators for a hotel this size, so waiting takes forever. The hallways are also very hot, which makes it unpleasant. -You can store your luggage, but the area is seemingly unattended and not locked.

Good location, super gym and the room was very clean. However the staff are unhelpful and rude, and the concept is not well thought through. You have a piece of paper as your room key card and a separate QR code for the lift. The plug socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there are no plug sockets near the kitchen which means boiling the kettle in the hall, no cutlery or kitchen items provided despite there being a kitchen and no bin. It is fine for a few days but not a holiday hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Sota Suite Hotel at Seomyeon, Busan, Korea. Highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about stay in the Seomyeon area. Easy walking distance to lively areas for food and also very close to the Seomyeon underground mall.The hotel is located in a nice high rise building called Prugio City. The facility is very modern. The room is big, especially when compared to many other hotels. There is a nice gym/fitness center on the 29th floor. The free breakfast is very nice, the only odd thing re breakfast is there is no breakfast on Mondays. Even though there is a kitchenette in the units, it is not functional and the management explicitly prohibits cooking in the units. There is a very nice restaurant restaurant (name is VIPS) on the third floor that offers excellent all you can eat buffet lunch and dinner for very good prices, plus you can get a discount if you are staying in the Sota Suite. All in all we recommend Sota Suite Hotel wholeheartedly.

Breakfast was very minimal, definitely not western style. Elevators were horrible. 3 working elevators for a 30 story building. Breakfast is on the 29th floor so everyone was trying to go up and then back down. In the morning the only way to get out of the building was to press the up button, ride the elevator to the top, and then back down. The decending elevators were always full because there was a line on the 29th floor to get onto the elevator and the elevators were always full then they left the top. Even the cleaning staff would do this if they wanted to go down, they would go up to the top with their carts, stay on when it got to the top, and then ride down to the floor they wanted to go to.

Sota Suite is modern, sleek and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts would take a while to get to us sometimes, by passing our floors multiple time. Breakfast was limited, not always consistent with having the scrambled eggs available, but there was always something to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful.

Staff at reception is not as welcoming to begin with, tone is curt and seemingly unapproachable. However, establishment is relatively new and high tech, gives the feel of smart condo living, so be warned if you’re not tech savvy. With that in mind, you’re suggested to be self equipped with the technology provided, communication with staff is least expected. Check out time is strictly at 11am, I appeared at the front desk 30mins over and a 1hr extension is charged without question. Location is not the best either, hotel sits right at the end of the Seomyeon shopping belt, so if you’re arriving on metro be prepared to drag your luggage down the long bumpy pedestrian pavement.

Hours for the fitness facility are incorrect, they don’t open the doors until 7:30, not 6:00. Their breakfast also was not great, very few choices were available.

If management can fix their check in process and hire more staff, this can be a great property. They want to use a kiosk to check-in and you get a flimsy receipt paper with a QR code as your key. If it gets wet in the rain or wrinkles so the QR fades, you need a new one. Or, they force you to download some app in Korean- no one wants more apps on their phone just to check in and check out. Housekeeping is default none unless you request it in the app before 11pm. No breakfast (not a great one to begin with) on Monday. You cannot use the stove top and cook. There are no dishes or silverware if you want to eat any food leftovers or order in food either. Otherwise, new nicely built apartment hotel with lots of closet space, large refrigerator, and washing machine (500won for detergent). Reception desk is tiny. Breakfast needs more staff as this is a 30 story building and they only had one coffee machine and one person trying to refill everything and clean and fix the coffee machine.

Det var et pent moderne rom, men det var dårlig vasket ved innsjekk, og det jeg reagerte mest på ble ikke utbedret etter vask gjennom oppholdet. Flekker på bakken, urene dusjkabinett og halvvasket gulv. Det var innredet kjøkken og vaskemaskin, men ikke fat, glass, bestikk eller vaskemiddel. Treningssenter kom til god bruk, men var litt varmt og ikke mulig å stille inn temperatur.

룸컨디션이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 화장실 하수구 냄새가 좀 나지만 중문도 있고 문닫으면 방까지는 안들어와서 괜찮았어요. 앱으로 체크인 하는거 싱기하더라구요ㅎ 엘리베이터 찍는건 좀 불편하긴 한데 그래도 카드 잃어버릴 일 없는거 좋더라구요. 카톡으로 프론트랑 연락할 수 있는것도 편리했습니다. 조리는 불가해도 싱크대가 있어서 배달음식 먹고 뒷처리 하기 좋았어요. 조식은 간단하긴 했는데 깔끔하게 있을거 다 있어서 맛있게 잘 먹을 수 있었습니다. 부전역 근처라 위치도 좋아서 다음에도 이용할거 같아요.

今回観光のため利用しました。夜遅くの到着でしたが特に問題なくチェックインできました。英語対応だったがちゃんとわかるように説明がありました。ハンドクリームのプレゼントもあって嬉しかった。チェックイン後は全て携帯からの操作になりました。エレベーター、部屋に入る時、チェックアウトの申請もです。部屋は住めるような広さでキッチン、レンジ、洗濯機もありました。また大きなクローゼットもありました。西面駅からも10分ちょっと、その次の凡一駅から5分くらいで近いです。またバス停も近くて不便なく過ごせました。朝食もあるので申し分ないくらいのホテルでした。
