Perfect overnight stay. Basic hotel. Clean. Friendly staff member assisted with my check-in. Nothing extravagant. But perfect for the stay. Fridge and microwave. Large bathroom area. Nice.

I was looking for a hotel in San Luis Obispo. I did not realize that there is a hotel with the exact same name in Santa Maria. Why would a Santa Maria hotel come up when I am searching in San Luis Obispo? The properties are not owned by the same company. And the hotel in Santa Maria doess not give refunds, of course. I do not recomend.

I had an excellent stay at the villa motel and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and all the amenities—like the TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning—worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little details, like fresh towels, a clean bathroom, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

The area is super busy. The place is located near a corner of super busy so hard to navigate easily. I told the mgr I’d appreciate a food without anyone next to or above since it’s not sold out. 2 hours later, customer is stomping around and can hear him piss. All night this person stomped around. Very irritating .

Our stay was a quick overnight stay while traveling north. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was in good with plenty of hot water and a good spray. We did not use our heater or air conditioner. We had enough light weight blanket to stay toasty. I would recommend the Villa Motel as a good place to stay. It met all our needs and the price was great.

Staff was very nice! No extra frills. It came with your basic amenities: hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator. Beds were ok. We were there for 3 nights, didnt reallly have any problems, there was house keeping. We were mostly out all day and came back at night.
