Very attractive village. Hotel reasonably priced considering the area. Staff friendly and efficient. A few minor negatives - the shower space quite constricted but with plenty of hot water, bedside lights much too dim to allow reading in bed. Food good quality and quantity.

Very friendly staff and lovely meal downstairs. Parking was difficult but possibly because it was extra busy. The only thing missing in the room was a water glass. Would happily stay again.

Don't come here if you are in a hurry
Functional rather than cosy room. Problem was 75 minute wait after ordering for evening meal and over 30 minutes for breakfast.

Good location, convenient for local transport. Good food available in the evening.
Basic cooked breakfast - with no cereal, fruit or other things to enhance it - and it took ages. If you are in a hurry, the wait for cooked breakfast is bad news. It was cooked to order (which is good) but took longer than you would ever expect.
