"The rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet given the hotel’s location on Route 1. Parking is under the building and can be accessed without going outside. Room rates are low compared to other nearby properties. Hotel is in ocean block so walk to the beach is easy."

"Great location. Pool was not as nice as pictures showed and water was freezing. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Tile was dirty and walls in room need cleaned. No a/c in bathroom so it got hot fast. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. A/c blows on you in one bed all the time which was aweful Had to keep going to office for toilet paper. Trash cans were full as they didn't have housekeeping daily. Floors need mopped daily but noone came. Staff was very nice. Room was ready early which was awesome"
