Staff were friendly and the room has everything you need and was very clean. There is also a shared kitchen space you can use. There are toiletries in the bathroom but I preferred using my own shampoo instead of the shampoo/shower gel that was provided. If you have a suitcase make sure to contact them in advance as you can store your luggage for free at a nearby hotel. We did this after checking out but not before checking in and spent 3 hours carrying the suitcase.

Absolutely beautiful. Everything was pristine and in full working order, the Aircon marvellous. Beautiful decor and extremely lovely staff. Location couldn't be better.

It was simple, but sufficient. Small kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. The TV didnt work, maybe the remote needed a new battery. There was a balcony, would be good in warmer weather. There were two full ashtrays on the balcony.

Clean and spacious room, very close to Old Town and Most SNP ( walking distance to the bus station to Vienna). The front desk was easy to talk to and very helpful. The only negative - my bedsheet was stained - it was clean, but with visible stains on one spot. Other than that, I would highly recommend the place, great price for the value and the location.

1st room was very comfortable- 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds. 2nd room was not at all. The sofa bed was terrible and the other bed was very hard. Also no staff in the morning so you are not able to store your luggage. When we arrived at 2:30 we were abruptly told check in starts at 3!. Staff seemed apathetic

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Before arrival, I requested an early check-in through Hotels.com, who contacted the property on our behalf. The request was refused, so we arranged to wait until the standard 3pm check-in. We arrived 15 minutes early after a long, tiring flight in hot weather. We pressed the doorbell, but there was no answer. At 3.05pm, a female receptionist came out and told us off for ringing the bell 15 minutes before check-in. I understood the check-in time and apologised, but her attitude felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. There is no lift, so we had to carry our pram up the stairs. We were then told our apartment was still being cleaned and would take another 10–15 minutes. As our early check-in had already been refused, we expected the apartment to be ready at 3pm. We eventually entered at around 3.35pm. Unfortunately, it was still not properly cleaned. There were brown stains in the toilet bowl and the carpet had not been vacuumed. The air conditioning was also not cooling properly, which was especially uncomfortable in the hot weather. The apartment also has no facility to heat food, so we had to use the facilities in the main area. Overall, it was frustrating to wait until the agreed check-in time only to find the apartment wasn't ready and was not properly cleaned. The receptionist’s attitude also made the arrival experience unpleasant. More attention to cleanliness, preparation and guest service is needed.
