I would stay here again! It's only a 5 min drive to Canmore and it's partly remote but directly accessible to the main highway that will get you to Banff in 20 minutes. I will say though, the jacuzzi is a shared jacuzzi with other travellers.

Great location, clean property, fully stocked kitchen and utensils, good parking spot. Only one thing missing is closet space as there is only one small closet for the second bedroom… otherwise it would have been perfect. We used living room space to open our suitcases and store our clothes.

Great place to stop, cozy apartment for our family, hot tub with mountains view was awesome. Close to Canmore (less traffic then Banff) and 13 minutes to town Banff.

The property was very clean, it provided everything needed. However I did not receive the email for the check-in. I had to leave several messages to reach the property management office before receiving the email. The tv did not work, we were told someone came to the condo and fixed it but it still was not working. We were then told that they would send an email on how to work the television but never received anything . Excellent location, a short drive to Banff.

Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Everything about the stay was excellent except for one issue—the Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, and despite notifying the staff, it was not resolved during my stay. I recommend that the hotel reverify the Wi-Fi details to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. I look forward to staying again without this inconvenience.

The unit is brand new and clean. I didnt like that all the information provided was wrong. We were sent to the wrong address. The wifi password was wrong. No one answered either of the phone numbers we were given. My email for the wifi wasnt answered until I called 2 days later. I couldn't raise the temperature in the unit on day unti i could figure out how to gain "master control", something that i had the day before which means they took it over during the day to lower the temperature. Very shady. Deposite it being a nice place, I'll never book it again. Too dishonest and disorganized.

Nice place but pack lightly

The Skyridge units are pretty new, so the condition of the facility was nice. Clean & easy access off of the main highway. Check-in ws a breeze, as there really wasn't a check in. Just an email with codes to get into the unit, the spa tub & the WiFi. Bedrooms in our unit were small, the beds took up 90% of the sq. footage, which generally would be no big deal. But the caveat was there was no closet, or even anyplace to to set our luggage. Good thing we had no one else with us as we used the second bedroom as our closet & dressing room. Without that second bedroom we'd have had no place to put our clothes. There was a rack hanging from the wall in the second bedroom where we could hang up a few things on hangers. I don't know if all the units have this issue, but ours certainly did. The other thing that wasn't so hot was the TV. No stations, no cable or streaming services included...good thing I could use AirPlay with my phone & could log-in to Youtube account to watch something. Parking...each unit has i parking spot & they are numbered as to each unit. Most were close, but ours was clear at the other end making our walk a long one. Now the good. Bed was very comfortable. Access to the C1 was great & only about a 15 minute drive into Banff. The room was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, eating ware, dishes & basic essentials.
