I loved the centrality of the hotel. The rooftop view of the main plaza. My king size bed was super cosy with all the pillow options. Marlén was super helpful and immediately responsive. She was able to get us in touch with a Tequila tour at Casa Lou which was absolutely fabulous! I look forward to my next stay!

The hotel was very good. Reception and entrance through a pizzeria was a bit strange, but honestly it was OK and absolutely no complaints. Would book again!
