Loved this spot!! Ilenia was amazing and picked me up from the train station. Excellent English. She sent me w a map of the city and even let me know about St Giuseppe festival that next night and where to go! The location was convenient to everything, right by the water. Although I did get lost a couple of time (my own fault) finding the spot at the end of the day. Rooms were beautiful. Shower was excellent. I loved this place and stayed there about 4 or 5 nights then made a switch to a spot w a kitchen.

Directly in the heart of the old town, Ilenia runs the most pleasant and happy small hotel(?). If you’re looking for hotel based activities this isn’t for you. If you like older buildings with beautifully renovated rooms capturing their history, this is the place. As for the soul of this location is Ileana. She will make you her guest and provide you all you need to know about her beautiful town One note, if you have physical difficulties this may not be the best place. The historic center doesn’t allow vehicles, is quite hilly, and primarily cobblestone paths.

This is an excellent property to stay in right in the heart of Monopoli. The staff and especially Ilenia go out of their way to make sure that you have a wonderful holiday. A localização do hotel é perfeita,e o quarto era novinho e muito limpo e espaçoso. A recepção fica num edifício ao lado,tem que subir uma escada,em cima desse edifício (que é um palácio antigo) tem quartos tb,mas o que fiquei era na rua,em frente a uma igreja. É no centro histórico,perto de absolutamente tudo. Helena,da recepção,é uma simpatia. Maravilhosa estadia.
