真實評價

8/10 很好

Recently renovated, this hotel is located in the heart of the historic old city. Its colonial-inspired decour celebrate Portugal’s colonial past. The rooms are quite small, which is quite common in Europe, but they were cleaned daily and kept spotless. We stayed in room 4b, which had a view of the streets from the balcony. Breakfast is simple but good, and a convenient way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Paulo, who went above and beyond to accommodate guests’ requests. When several guests reported problems with the air conditioning including myself, he worked to address them, and the issue was eventually resolved.
