Great location! Easy to catch a Lyft/Uber for low cost to so many places nearby. It was nice to sit on the rooftop at night and look out at the city. The air conditioner works VERY well. Anything we needed, the management company was very responsive. Excellent communication. Would definitely book again!

The room was the perfect size for me and my family. The location was so great. You were not far from places and you were able to get an uber to take you places as well. The fact that it’s gated made me feel super safe. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was clean. Communication with the property owner was clear and transparent. Overall an amazing place to stay if you want to be a little outside of San Juan. The area is safe and easily accessible for Ubers. There is a lot near by and two blocks away from casa Blanca. My partner and I love it!

The place looks amazing inside. It is well renovated and clean. The area is barrio obrero though and it is a bit “hot” so please be aware and be respectful of people around you as it a neighborhood. Don’t be going out at night acting a fool. Be respectful and respect the locals. There’s a lot of families living around there. Place itself was very nice. We loved it. They only speak English as well which was kinda sad. Since they are in an island that speaks Spanish.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars. The home was exactly as pictured—if not better. A few hours before our arrival, the host sent a detailed message with check-in instructions, parking information, and everything else we needed to know, which made the arrival process very smooth. Parking is available around the building, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Once inside, everything was easy to access and straightforward. The property was exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful, and felt very well maintained and up to date. Communication with the host was outstanding. I had a question during our stay, and they responded within minutes. It's clear they care about their guests and providing a great experience. One thing to note is that there is no laundry on-site, but there is a laundromat just a couple of minutes away, so it wasn't an issue for us during our nearly two-week stay. The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed within about 20 minutes. You can hear roosters and other animals outside, but that's part of the local experience and didn't bother us at all. In fact, it added to the charm of the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
