This is a hidden gem! locatedin a very inconspicuous building you arrive in an easy, essentially self check-in Hotel. We had a two bed suite, not only was it spacious and clean, but it had this nice modern design with every detail thought of! From pods for the dishwasher, to a compost bin. Everything was immaculate, new and convenient. Will 100% book again!

We had a large 2 bedroomed apartment. It was perfect. Loads of space, well equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities in the apartment and everything spotlessly clean. Onsite payable covered parking (pre bookable). 20min walk from old town Quebec but we didn't mind that. Nice streets nearby with supermarkets, quirky shops and restaurants. Fabulous place to stay!

Pros: New property so clean Cons: There are stairs and no lift. If you have heavy luggage it is a problem. No daily house keeping It’s literally on the road and there is no sound proofing so there is traffic noise all the time including night and some time sirens. 1 hr early checkin costs CAD 40 plus tax. 3::00 pm checkin is not allowed and checkout is 11:00 am Room that sleeps 6 has only one bathroom. Master bedroom has no air-conditioning The other bedroom had no walls. It only had curtains. Not worth the price they charge. If these are manageable for you at such a high price then everything is fine here.
