Delightful, sparkling clean, peaceful and friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and have made a mental note to come again when I’m in the area.

Could have done with a sink in the room with drinking water. Clean hotel including layout but basic. Shower ok. Room needed a clean though.

I stayed one night in a double room with en-suite lovely and clean, close to the seafront and a few shops. Would definitely stay again for a couple of days. Very reasonable price.

near the beach. limited parking. clean property. felt a bit like staying at a youth hostel, as I had a multi bed room to myself, not ensuite.

Served its purpose on our way to the Isle of Wight festival. Probably wouldn’t use again, was quite noisy and limited car parking. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. But served its purpose and was a bed for the night

Room was clean and sufficient in size, only stayed one night so can't really judge to much, tea bags were really good though which made a big difference

Excellent location for Southsea seafront. Very clean room and bathrooms. Although not en-suite, the facilities were very well set out so it felt like having own bathroom to the room. Great value.

It's put out as a hotel, but it's more a hostel style room, with washing facilities across the hallway. No plugs for the sink & water that tickled out.
