We thought the hotel was nice. A little old, but clean, and the staff was wonderful. The location in downtown Lihue was great. Short drive to everywhere! Lots of food options in walking distance.

Personale super gentile e accogliente. Camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Aria condizionata e letto molto comodo. Siamo stati dopo l'uragano,ma non abbiamo riscontrato problematiche. Da tornare sicuramente.

Loved our cottage. Reviews were correct that the bathrooms are small, so if a spacious suite is what you want, go elsewhere and pay for it. We loved our stay. Clean, friendly staff and perfect for a place we used for sleeping, eating a few meals and getting ready for adventures. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds and not a bug to be seen during our three days.

The is an old hotel cottage to say the least. I felt like like a shack. 3.9 rating is generous. More like a 2.0

真實評價

We returned to the Kauai palms for a second stay during our Kauai visit due to cancellation from storm damage at another property we had planned. The Kauai palms staff had already returned this property to a condition where you couldn’t tell a hurricane had just taken place. On top of that, one of the staff members (Leidel) who had helped us earlier in the week recognized us by name and welcomed us back to the property. That’s a rare thing in today’s busy large corporate business environment. The smaller, more personal vibe we got from this property and staff will definitely bring us back during our next visit to Kauai.
