Nice and calm, selfcheckin was easy. No breakfast but bakery nearby, and coffee in the room. Fridge and cooler available, full kit hen and dishwasher. Nice restaurant in the same building

Self service check in did not work even after the room was supposed to be ready. Did not recieve any code to my room. Luckily the nice staff helped me check in over the phone. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Well cleaned room and nice touch with the complimentary toothbrush and paste.

This hotel is right in front of the bus stop which made it incredibly easy to get public transportation. It’s about 20 minutes to Lucerne. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only thing I would have liked would be for them to have better pillows and a long mirror.

Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes.

“I would rate this hotel zero stars if I could. My experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the check-in process was complicated and frustrating. Overall, I was very unhappy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The first room option we were given (W001) was located in the basement, musky smell, smaller basement windows facing parking lot and trash bins. Second room offered as an option, both windows faced a brick wall. Again, enclosed smell and overall questionable cleanliness. Online check in was annoying after a long day traveling however, staff located off site were friendly and trying to be helpful. Staff onsite were hard to decipher, not helpful due to language barrier. Overall, the main areas of the hotel were not clean nor inviting. I would highly recommend to stay away from that hotel. We left after seeing our second option as a room and stayed at Continental Park in Luzern which was great! A little spendier but totally worth it!

Erstes Zimmer war stark verraucht. Telefonischer Mitarbeiter hat sehr gut reagiert und ein Ersatzzimmer freigegeben. Das Putzteam hätte dies jedoch merken müssen. Vor Ort ist kein Personal. Die merken nicht mal, dass der Haarföhn mit dem falschen Stecker gar nicht funktionieren kann. Das bringt mich zum Nachdenken.

Eine tolle Gegend in Budapest. Bars, Restaurants, Kultur, öffentliche Anbindung wie Taxis, Bus, Bahn und Metro. Das Zimmer lag direkt über einer Bar, man hat es etwas gehört,... Aber genau so die Strassenbahn und auch die Rettungswagen bzw. Polizei. Nicht schlimm. Die Ausstattung war optisch toll, modern und zeitgemäss. Klima, TV, Kühlschrank alles vorhanden. Auf freundlicher Nachfrage erhielten wir noch separate Handtücher. Leider ist einiges irgendwie kaputt und wackelt, das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Bitte erneuern. Wir haben einiges gemeldet, vielleicht wird es repariert/ersetzt. Der Korridor mit den Wohnungen war sauber und es schien auch sicher. Das restliche Haus sah heruntergekommen aus, Müll stapelte sich. Es stank. Das liegt aber einfach an den Bewohnern.

Self-Check-in schnell und einfach. Teilweise renoviertes Zimmer. Zimmer inkl. Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude. Wasser drückte im Gang durch den Boden. Die Fenster sind in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war zur Hauptstrasse. Wenn man keinen tiefen Schlaf hat etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber noch im Rahmen. Wir habe uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war okay, hingegen das Bett und das Bad ein unmöglicher Zustand. Im Bett habe ich die gesamte Federung gespürt - die Matratze war / ist durchgelegen. Die Dusche ist nur geeignet für ganz schmale Personen, gerade konnte ich nicht hinein. Musste seitwärts und dabei den Bauch und den Po zusammendrücken. Kaffee oder eine kleine Maschine dafür war nicht vorhanden. DAFÜR stand aber gottlob eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Tisch. Sorry für die Beurteilung, aber was wahr ist sollte auch geschrieben werden. Meine Enttäuschung war sehr gross.
