The room was clean, but the bed was noisy and the train woke us up twice! I didn’t care for the area and the lobby was weird

This was valuable as an airport shuttle type hotel for the money. Room and lobby were very clean and in good shape. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast and was good. Eggs, waffles, fruit (which was nice). Shuttle to the airport was timely and great. No food options really near by so did have to Uber for that. Bed was comfortable.

It was fine for the price. Everything was adequate. There were roaches in the bathroom late at night. Maybe that's New Orleans . Beds were advertised as queens but they seemed smaller. The rooms were clean but miss them being tidied up during our 4 day stay. We figure most hotels don't do that any more.. The breakfast was ok, smaller than other Ramadas we've been to. The location was good for touring the city and grateful for complimentary shuttle back and forth to the airport.

The airport location is very convenient and is excellent value for the money when just looking for clean room near the airport.

Convenient and has an airport shuttle. The check-in was good. The property is old but tbe room was remodeled and clean. The free breakfast is basic. The staff was helpful. There is also a pool. I stayed due to an early flight I wanted to be near the airport. I would stay again for a one night.

真實評價

2/10 欠佳

We checked into our room and it smelled so terrible of mold with water seeping up through the floorboards. The manager was incredibly rude and moved us to a 4th floor room which still smelled of mold and the safety lock was stuck because the door was so off of the hinge. This hotel is not only dangerous for your health but should be completely torn down.
