If last thing in the world

Not best. Building smelling new paint for 3 days giving headache. Rooms besides being renovated with noise. Not sure why the shower cabins have two wall behind each other visible. The restaurant part was to bad to swallow.

Booked and paid in JANUARY. Arrived 16:00 (check-in allegedly from 14:00). Place was locked; could not make anyone hear us. Waited 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Had also booked dinner but the sign outside said the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (the day of our stay). Contacted hotels.com to request full refund - this was apparently refused by the hotel (though hotels.com personnel said they couldn’t really communicate with hotel very well as the staff there only spoke French. Er… it’s a French hotel!!!). Eventually given £25 in award points - well under half what we had paid five months earlier! VERY unhappy with the whole situation!

Hôtel passable dans l'ensemble. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable, mais l'isolation phonique et la climatisationqui ne fonctinnait pas, c'était dommage. Le personnel est accueillant, par contre le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. Fait l'affaire pour une nuit d'étape.

Je suis arrivée lundi à 18h30...personne ne vous reçoit. J'ai du appeler par téléphone...on me dit que l'hôtel est fermé de 14h30 à 19h...aucune information ne précisait ce fait. C'est la dame du restaurant qui m'ouvre...chambre non climatisée alors que dehors il faisait 41 degrés...pas de table de chevet ni lampe...salle de bains étouffante.. Je décide de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. Même déception...il manquait bcp de choses sur la carte et vu le prix vaut mieux acheter 1 sandwich....je n' y reviendrai pas.

Chambre et lit trop petits. Pas assez d'espace. Aucune prise dans la salle de bain ( impossible de se servir d'un rasoir électrique ou d'un sèche cheveux personnel). Lavabo trop petit et pas fonctionnel (manque une étagère pour poser les produits de toilette). Bruits des voyageurs. Pas de respect quand on dort encore à 6h du matin et qu'on entend les gens claquer les portes ou parler fort. Murs pas assez isolés (bruits de ronflement dans la chambre à côté).

Hôtel propre, linge de toilette changé tous les jours, quelqu’un nous a remis les clefs le premier jour, après nous n’avons plus vu personne. Accès à la douche pour des tailles mannequin ! Escalier assez raide pour accéder aux chambres Parking devant l’hôtel, mais pas sécurisé.

Hotel fermé à mon arrivée je suis restée devant durant 1 h à essayer d'appeler personne n'a répondu j'ai du prendre un autre hôtel.... D'après leurs voisins je ne suis pas là première à qui ça arrive... Je ne comprends pas ce que cet hôtel fait sur ce site qui est sensé être fiable. Je vais rebasculer sur booking ce sera bien mieux.
