There are pros and cons but the pros far outweigh the cons. Pros: clean, spaciour room. Amenities are superior. Plates, utensils, and glasses are provided. Espresso machine is a delighter. Ample space for clothes. Benjamin is AMAZING! Literally steps away from Notre Dame and old city attractions. Cons: no elevator and no person in concierge in the night time (entrance is via door code, which is shared via email). Summary, of you have mobility issues, this hotelat not be for you. But other than that, I highly recommend Arcadia Boutique Hotel.

Great location in the heart of Old Montreal. Easy to walk to anywhere. Room was big, very clean and stylishly furnished. The big windows give great views of the waterfront. There's no elevators, so ask for a lower floor if you don't like going up a lot of stairs. Great value for money.

Stayed for a quick couple of days- can’t beat the views from the huge windows - check in was a breeze - host is very responsive and accommodating- space was spotless. Expect a workout if you’re in the upper floors though. Would highly recommend. Will come back for another stay.
