Had an amazing time at the hotel. Staff were exceptional and had a truly welcoming reception on our arrival. Immense credit to the social ground staff that engaged with us throughout our stay and the chefs and cleaners behind the scenes.

Great stay we had a great time! Hotel and staff were lovely, Karima was very helpful and always happy to help. Animation team was great too, good entertainment especially Jawad.

Overall I had a nice and relaxing experience. The dinner and lunch were okay, loved the pasta station, but the breakfast needs work.. The tall slim balding guy who was there giving out and collecting the towels was rude to me but nice to others! But other than that it was beautiful. The one entertainer lady with the red hair was very welcoming and the dj played good music!

Good hotel and great staff. The only scope of improvement is the food. Some dishes (like roast chicken, etc.) were cold. Also, if the main ingredients in dishes are mentioned, that would have been really helpful, especially for people with allergies or vegetarians as sometimes it was hard to tell if items contained meat. Overall, a good hotel with good amenities and brilliant and hardworking staff. The air con in our room wasn’t very powerful. Pools were nice, although cold, including the indoor pool. Hammam at the spa was really lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Friendly well trained staff are definitely a high point of the hotel as is the adjacent golf course and we'll maintained pools and pool areas. Rooms around the pool area can be noisy so a golf view room is needed to ensure that you have a quieter stay. Food can be a bit repetitive but is good quality; pastries and desserts stand out as very good. Getting change from the Cashiers desk in order tip attentive service was a problem during our stay with change in small value notes - either Dirhams or Euros - not being available from the Cashier most of the time. Golfers be aware that the golf club is around a km from the hotel and even the gym is a 10 minute walk away both accessed through what is effectively a construction site at the neighbouring Palmeraie Golf Palace Hotel. This construction work looks set to continue well into 2027.

Everything about our stay was 5 stars! The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Hiba from Guest Relations and Dora from the Entertainment Team, who truly made our stay unforgettable. If I could give them 6 stars, I absolutely would! They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to come back.

On pense deja a notre prochain séjour
