Best hotel I ever stayed in. Élégant, quiet, beautiful. We got the room with the veranda. It was marvelous. Breakfast on the veranda exquisite. The concierge Jonnel was amazing. He real care deeply about his guests. The speaks 7 languages, including French..which, I gladly spoke with him. He arranged for transportation and made restaurants reservations for us. Served us breakfast on our private veranda. Anything he could to make sure our stay was very pleasant. My wife and I will absolutely go back.

Everything felt very peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a party scene, which I really appreciated—it felt like a hidden gem for those who want to escape the crowds and just enjoy some tranquility in paradise. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Punta Cana.

I love how friendly the staff, available for any issues, the small setting made it very personable. The hotel setting is not your typical hotel chain and has so much charm and warmth. This was one of the best hotel experience I had. I also really love the restaurant choices around the hotel. I would really highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Cap Cana.
