"We stay here regularly and have never had an issue or problem. This trip was different in that we we're evacuating from Hurricane Isaiah which is the only reason I have a 4 for cleanliness. Please understand this was only due to a few situations where messes seemed to linger, but we're ultimately addressed. That said the staff was definitely being thrown every obstacle, but through it all in all situations they dose to the top and worked with a smile. Thank you so much for taking time away from your loved ones and homes to provide for is. Absolutely wonderful on all fronts!"
