Our group of six rented three apartments, and we had a fantastic stay. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, and the staff was magnificent. I highly recommend this place—if you are traveling with a group, definitely book a top-floor apartment with a terrace!

Excellent apartment! The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. What truly made our experience outstanding was the manager. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with everything—from assisting with our luggage and arranging parking to recommending sightseeing spots, providing information about the city, suggesting excellent restaurants, and even helping with reservations. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budapest, and we definitely plan to come back in the future.

This is one of the best properties I have been to - ever. The apartments are very large and excellent value for money. They are well equipped, very clean, very well maintained. The kitchen appliances are full size (European, not American), not the mini-versions you find in some apartments. You can use many of the facilities of the 5* hotel next door, but those are not free. The sofa's and beds are comfortable, the shower has a thermostatic valve and aircon is effective. Sound insulation with neighbouring rooms is good. The staff are very nice. Be aware that the reception has limited opening hours, but there is a phone number in case of queries. As for location, although at first sight it seems a little further out from the city centre, it is actually located a few minutes walk from the Jozsef krt, the middle ring road. This is probably the most useful road to be on, since the very frequent and fast 4-6 tram covers all of the Pest side in a semi-circle, and sections of the Buda side too, as well as one of the islands in the Danube. Aside from that, there is a Spar supermarket also a few minutes from these apartments. If this is available and within your price range, book this - you won't regret it.

Nice stay near downtown

The residences are next to the hotel. The area has been renovated nicely and the residences are also beautiful with high quality finishes. A few negatives: - no coat hanger - light switches are not the most convenietly placed Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and would return anytime

天井の高い広々としたラグジュアリーなアパートメント。気分はすっかりブダペストの住人。静かな環境でトラム、地下鉄、バスのアクセスもよく最高。スタッフは皆親切で素晴らしい。 戦時中、世界の通信を担っていたという歴史的にいわれのある建物だそうです。この値段でこのクオリティに驚きです。強くおすすめします。

El apartamento en Budapest es una joya situada en una tranquila calle, lejos del bullicio turístico aunque perfectamente comunicada. Nuestro apartamento cuenta con una cocina moderna y una acogedora sala de estar, ideal para relajarse. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y la limpieza y el mantenimiento son impecables.
