Stayed in a boo-boo bear cabin. Everything was great. I wish there was more utensils for using the grill and more than three plates in our room. However it was an excellent location right off the highway. The kids love the jump pad and waterpark. The pool by the waterpark was nice and warm. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will stay again.

They didn’t recognize our reservation with Expedia. Don’t reserve with Expedia go through the actual Jellystone website. Our names were never connected to a reservation while we were there. The Jellystone management and there team took good care of us despite the reservation issues. We ended up with cabins but it was a miracle. The property itself is such a blast! There is so much for kids and adults to do. Ended up having an amazing time!

Our first family trip to Jellystone was a success, and we will definitely return for more fun. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water park.

I would definitely call ahead if you booked your stay in advanced I did not and for some reason my reservation was lost thankfully there was one cabin left which was absolutely filthy out sheets were stained and the floor was dirty and there was leftover food left in the fridge. We also had to wait til 5 for our cabin to be ready which when I was told it would be ready at 3:30 check in. The amenities and activities are great but staff and organization of the resort is trash.

We stayed here as we came for a wedding nearby in Palmer Lake. The cabin was nice and a convenient location. Rachel at the front desk was very professional and nice.

We had a family reunion here. It was awesome. Lots of things for the grandkids to do and enough privacy in our separate cabins at night. Our only complaint was there was almost no Wi-Fi or phone service at our cabins, which made texting each other difficult. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved how we had everything at hand to cook our BBQ and our meals. We had everything close to a walking distance so that was a plus. Park ranger was also there to help us when our fire wouldn’t start. The only “bad” thing I would have to mention is that our bathroom shower did have a very big blue and black stain all over the floor and it seem like calcium that was there for a long period of time. We tried cleaning it but the stain was big on our cabin (208) The beds were clean but prior to opening our cabin there were dog hairs on the bathroom and the couch and our door was opened (not sure if it was a mistake from the cleaning crew) Other than that we had a great time here and definitely recommend it for families.

Wi-Fi service is terrible to non-existent. Wi-Fi is advertised as a service provided to guests but it is generally unavailable. This needs corrected

Expedia never sent our reservation to Jellystone. So on the day of our trip at 7pm we found out that they did not have our reservations or a cabin for us. Dispite this Jellystone scrabbled to make accommodations for us. I will not use expedia for any travel plans again

6/10 不錯

The property was cute and the staff at check in was great. However, the cabin itself lacked cleanliness. There were all types of hair EVERYWHERE. It seems that house keeping doesn’t wipe of any more than just surfaces and floors. Ledges everywhere were caked with dust and hair. Also, while the property is pet friendly, there are no pet areas. We stayed during bad weather and had to take our dogs out to potty in what was essentially native areas. Mud, weeds and rocks. Needless to say that just made the cabin more dirty. Also, there are warnings about keeping trash in and around the cabin but then you have to haul it back to the front reception. Yourself. There should be bear proof dumpsters dispersed around the site. I think the property is a novel concept but it desperately needs some fine tuning.
