Pros: cleanliness, close to restaurants and the Vatican, polite staff. Cons: no elevator (we had to climb many flights of stairs), no front desk (communication only by phone), and the shower alternated between hot and cold water (we called maintenance, but nothing was resolved). We would recommend staying there.

Michele was incredibly supportive in every way. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet place to relax after our busy travels. We also received a breakfast voucher, giving us the opportunity to try coffee and croissants every morning. The hotel is in a safe and relatively clean area, very close to the Vatican. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent. The street is quiet but with just 5 minute walk to everything, subway, shopping, churches etc. and the big local market, where you can get fresh groceries and other things, is literally one block away is literally one block away. The staff responds promptly with one phone call or text. The only downside is that the elevator is not available but fortunately the inn is on second floor (or first floor, Italian count). It’s definitely a very good value for staying in Rome or Vatican.

Excellent place to stay

The host Daniele was very friendly and helpful. He suggested a place to eat and also arranged for a driver to get us to the airport at the end of our stay. The location was very close to coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Also about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

Mappo's Do Vanetines in Rome

Fantastic location, hosts where brilliant and very helpful. The location closed to the Vatican less then a five minute walk, the Metro station is less than a 7 minute walk can be anywhere within 20 minutes Trivi Fountain was four stops. Once you have had a full day of site seeing the bars and restaurants close to the inn are brilliant, I highly recommend Michele and Daniele couldn't help with information even booked us a cab for a 4am pick-up.

We stayed one night in this charming little hotel just a stone's throw from the Vatican. The proprietor met us at the hotel (it doesn't have a reception as such) and took us to the first floor rooms. The hotel is small with only three rooms but perfect for us, with a shared kitchen area with complimentary Nespresso machine and cups, glasses, etc. Our room had a fridge and a comfortable bed. Breakfast the next day was coffee and pastries from a local cafe which the hotel gave us a token for. If you want a good value hotel which is clean and perfectly located for the Vatican, the Metro, buses and plenty of restaurants this lovely hotel should be high on your list.

The proprietor owns three small rooms on the second level only nine minutes from the Vatican. And near many restaurants. Michele and Danielle were very accommodative. The room however, was quite Spartan with linen service only every three days. The bathroom needed additional toiletries. If you were here to visit the Vatican, this is a very good place to stay, but it is not a full service hotel. One needs two keys and two pass codes to get into one's room. And one must not leave their keys behind. Because there is no 24 hour staff in attendance.

Localização excelente. Atendimento nota dez. Ótimo custo benefício. Só não dou nota dez pois o chuveiro é muito ruim, sem presão na água e gela toda hora, ou esquenta demais. Fica a dica para melhorarem esse ponto. O restante está muito bom.
