This is an excellent place. Clean and very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet. Spacious rooms and wonderful private baths. Pleasant sitting rooms and friendly hosts. All of our needs were met even nice selection of beer,wine, snacks and merchandise.

If you’re craving a different kind of meal or a heavy brunch, you’re just a short stroll away from several local spots. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. It is a lovely property. Well manicured, plenty of places to sit outdoors. There were three sunrooms/porches where you could sit and read or enjoy the continental breakfast. The rooms were beautifulky decorated and each had a private bath. In the evenings, there was a happy hour in the back parlor. Unique beers and wines were available. A charcuterie board from a local cheese shop was also available for snacking. The hosts, John and Amy, mingled with guests, sharing stories and the history of the house. They made us feel at home and welcome. We plan to return again.

The room was large; the mini fridge was stocked (water was free) and snacks from the box were reasonably priced. It had a huge closet and big full-length mirror. The shower was lovely. There was a fenced in back yard for our dog and she was allowed to roam free. A happy hour included a free beer or wine. Coffee and tea were available 24/7. This place had every bell and whistle, even 2 moveable mirrors for hair and make-up. The bedroom had a nice round table for writing, laptop, playing cards, whatever. We LOVED this place.
