Mario is the best host that can be. He’s got great taste, so the property, both the private room and the common areas are very attractive and impeccable. The area is safe and quiet and is just a short tram ride from the most touristy areas of Trastevere. I recommend this place for couples or solo travelers.

Mario was a wonderful host! He was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us how everything at the property worked, he even helped bring our heavy luggage up. The kitchen is a shared space but he has a dedicated shelf for each apartment in the refrigerator. All of the linens were clean and smelled fresh. We had plenty of room for all of our things and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property, and the operator is very communicative and helpful. Access to a kitchen which is certainly nice, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean! The only reason for my 4 star vs 5 has to do with convenience of location. Anyone booking here should familiarize themselves with the area as it is quite tucked away from the major attractions in Rome. You will likely need to navigate the bus/metro to get to the central tourist area. If that’s your vibe, then this is a great spot!! Also shout out to the small pizza shop next door Pizza Boom. Great selection of pizza by weight, and other delicious food.
