Arrivato alle 14 . Citofono mi viene risposto con tono arrogante “ stiamo pranzando l’abbiamo scritto che il check in è dopo le 15” .alla mia risposta di voler solo lasciare i bagagli mi viene chiusa la comunicazione. Mi sono sentito come se volessi dormire senza pagare benché avessi già prepagato la camera. Sono andato via nella consapevolezza di perdere ciò che avevo pagato- circa 130€ - perché con tanta maleducazione da parte di chi gestisce la struttura non mi ero mai rapportato . Abbiamo toccato il fondo

Excelente hospedagem, com carater e excelente loca
A hospedagem foi muito boa! A casa é super charmosa, com personalidade e uma decoração muito elegante! O quarto tem um bom tamanho, cama boa, lencois e toalhas de qualidade. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado tambem! Meu unico comentario seria que o chuveiro vaza muita agua na lateral e molha o banheiro .

La struttura é come in foto, la camera era pulita, il personale cortese. Unici problemi: non c’é l’aria condizionata nelle stanze (avevamo un pinguino che sicuramente non é adatto a rinfrescare 70 metri quadri di camera); il Wi-Fi non funziona. Un peccato per un posto con grandi potenzialità.

Sembra di essere in un altra epoca
Sono stato una sola notte ma ho avuto il modo di riscontrare un ambiente molto particolare e bello. I dettagli come il lavandino in pietra o il letto fatto con travi di legno sono spettacolari. A due passi dal centro lo consiglio.l'ospitalità discreta ma accogliente arricchisce le mura di un palazzo antico e direi addirittura della città di Asti. Grazie e non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
