Great spot, bit uncomfortable
We made the reservation within 5 minutes of showing up so it is quite understandable that no one would be here. The owner had made plans for this ahead of time so I believe this happens often. Absolutely no issue as she was able to confirm our reservation and give codes thru the intercom at the door. As to the hotel, location is amazing for sightseeing and eateries, however a bit noisy with the windows opened as it is between busy streets. Once we closed the windows, WOW what a difference. Very little noise, I want these windows in my house. The beds were not much better than box springs on flat platforms, could be so much better

Perfect spot for a family
Lovely clean spacious family room that had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5, nothing was any trouble to the host and she was very warm and welcoming. She gave us some suggestions for places for dinner which were great. Handy to have the wee prepay carpark just round the bend. Breakfast was beautiful and freshly served.
