Very friendly staff, it’s not luxury but average linen and towels were very dirty not washed properly specially when they use the White towels . Bathroom needs a good cleanup and toilet as well. Need a proper forced shower specially when Water force was very low. Needs some improvements. Overall, I will give 2 .5 star thank you

They did a great job of maintaining a clean hotel and check in process went very well. Thank you to the friendly staff upon arrival. Regardless of the basic facilities, the room was clean and bed was comfortable . Thank you white diamond for a wonderful holiday.

This is a good-value hotel on the outskirts of Labasa. It has parking if you have a rental car. The room has a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The place is not fancy, but it's clean and easy to get to, on the main road into town.

The facility is ideally located, staff was very helpful . Yet the facility definitely needs plumbing upgrade n maintenance. The rooms need to have more utensils, soap and toilet paper. It is annoying to continuously be asking for stuff. We had a big group staying and other rooms had water leakage issues and foul smell. If maintained rite, the stay could be very pleasant.
