Not many choices in Hondo, TX - needs updates, renovations and a good cleaning. Staff was friendly and checked me in quickly with my prepaid reservation.

The staff was nice, but the room was gross. The closet door was missing. The room smelled like mildew. The tub didn't drain well (very slow, water was not moving).

It’s the nicest hotel in Hondo. That said, it is in need of updating. The rooms and space can be dirty and the room had a musty smell, but you get used to it. They have a good hot breakfast in the mornings.
