The name is a misnomer: we saw no garden. The 5 rooms occupy the ground floor of an old bldg. 10 mins' walk fr Santa Maria Novella station. Our room was clean, sheets were fresh, and we. The shower worked but has a flimsy water-control handle that felt like it might come off

The location was inconvenient. The wall air conditioning unit was unable to generate cold air, so we used it as a fan and opened the window at night. There was no soap in the bathroom. Three lightbulbs were missing (two by the bed and one in the bathroom). This place has potential to be nice. It was clean.
