Room was clean, staff was unbelievably nice. My door ended up not unlocking (due to door lock battery dying) and they were quick to try anything to help and put me in another room. We ended up getting it unlocked the next day. Super helpful and kind.

I booked and confirmed our accessible room through a 3rd party. When we arrived, there was not an accessible room available. Mr. Charles Sinclair jumped into action and made sure our accommodations were available to us. Traveling with a wheelchair bound amputee can be difficult. He did not hesitate to make sure our needs were met. I am so grateful for and appreciative of his kindness and efforts to assure our safe and pleasant stay. We had to wait a bit, but our room was freshly cleaned and ready for our stay. The room was great and easily maneuverable with my daughter's wheelchair. The kitchen was handy even though it was lacking in the basics. We made it work! I'd readily recommend this location to anyone needing clean, comfortable, and secure lodging.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. It would be nice, and extra convenient, if the kitchen had a full stove and oven. There was just a small electric range top with only two burners and no oven. The room was a good size, and having a washer/dryer in room was helpful. The hotel offers a nice place to stay while visiting the city, and is pretty close to areas of interest. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. Tip - request a room facing the front of the building, away from the highway. It’s much quieter.
