Food was good at the restaurant but slow because there are not enough servers. Room was not bery clean. Sheets and pillow cases were not clean and had stains. The rest of the hotel would be nice but couches in common area were stained and dirty. Its an easy fix - couch covers or get stains removed. The way to the rooms were not convenient. This could be a very nice hotel if it is cleaner

Got there 10 am morning, and after 12 hrs fly. Asked them for the room, they said check in at 3:00 pm. I understand rules must apply, 7 minutes to three o'clock approach the front desk named James. Very dry with attitudes, said come back in 7 minutes I travel a lot for business, and they always checked me 10 minutes before 3 or they had their manner. James was very rude and disrespectful.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovations , there is way too many things to address , the rooms look tired, filthy and run down, this hotel is clear example of a greedy company that wants to make money, but not to Spend a dime on trying to improve the hotel. This hotel chain used to be one the best now is way far from that , i was completely disgusted about how filthy the room was there was stains on the bed sheets and the pillow smelled like sweat, bed is hard as a rock and bathroom shower is moldy , i noticed the ceilings of the room were high so were the curtains , i was awakened by the sun in the morning with curtains shut , and it started to get extremely hot in the room even with the A/C on , the entire day , it was completely unbearable to be in the room , it was like being in an oven , the next day i asked to be moved to a better room but the other room i was offered was even worst than the one i was staying at , i need to say that the staff is very friendly and they try to help the best they can with the tools that they are given , special mention to ricardo at front desk that gave us complementary breakfast for our entire stay , for me and my family , the breakfast Was ok but it lacked aswell quality and variety, also important to mention that to get to the rooms as an entire mission and you have to walk like a nomad , you have to take two elevators and cross a bridge , is completely unconvenient and exhausting. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place

Hotel sucio y con mal servicio!!!
El cuarto estaba muy sucio, pedimos que lo limpiaran y mejoró algo, pero no cambiaron las sábanas estaban sucias. Las personas del Valet Parking platicando en el cuarto donde guardan las llaves mientras por lo menos 3 huéspedes más y yo esperábamos por el coche. En general mal servicio, pero lo peor fue que no estuviera limpio!!!
