Klamath Falls is the centerpoint for an awesome natural area that goes far out beyond the city. We enjoyed the sunset over beautiful Klamath Lake and were just overwhelmed with the beauty of Crater Lake, a little side trip that we managed to fit in.

KF is quiet and charming. There are lots of places to walk in nature. Plenty of grocery stores and good restaurants. Bring bug repellents!!!

Good
Although the biggest town/city for miles, KF is a relatively small town/city. I've visited a few times over the years and always enjoyed my stay. I've always felt safe there and everyone I encountered was very nice. It's a bit older, rustic town

There isn't much to do in Klamath Falls unless you are a sportsmen (hiking, fishing, hunting). There are a few good restaurants and small shops. The area is creepy at night time with inadequate lighting.

Just passing through on this trip, but there's a beautiful park on the lake close to downtown. Great for taking my dog for a walk.

"The included breakfast is simple but nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A well lit parking lot. Feels safe there. Plenty of food options within walking distance. They allow dogs to stay and each time ive stayed there's been several people staying with their dogs - impressively well behaved dogs. The pool area is sparkling clean and the breakfast items are kept well stocked during the offering. I wish they had a movie channel to offer. "
"The woman at the desk deserves a raise. She greeted up cheerfully, was helpful in giving directions, accommodated us when we needed extra towels and was most efficient. This was in the afternoon. Helpful in every way and we were there for 3 nights."
