"Great place! My kids had fun."
Maui Schooner Resort
"Everything was good"
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
"Loved every moment we spent there! Best decision to stay at Four Seasons for our honeymoon trip :)"
Grand Wailea Maui, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
"It’s a great resort . The only disappointment was a couple things were closed like the game room , Tarzan swing . And the water elevator is no longer in operation. But the staff was great . The pools are great . The aesthetic is great . Food is wildly expensive at any of the restaurants related to the resorts so better off grabbing food at a local spot"
Residence Inn by Marriott Maui Wailea
"Staff was courteous & helpful. Room was clean and spacious. complimentary breakfast was great!"
Maui Sunset
"Good over all stay"
Days Inn by Wyndham Maui Oceanfront
"Would recommend as a cheaper place to stay when visiting Maui, rooms are clean and have everything you need, not luxurious though, but good if your looking for cheaper rather than luxury, nice location with beach to the rear, they could do with lighting the fire lamps to rear as a lot of people go sit out in the evening and it’s dark, had to use our phone torch for light, have to use Ubers or hire a car to go to restaurants etc although there not to far away, just not within walking distance"
Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui
"Everything went smoothly! Staff was great, even upgraded our room without request. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! Food was excellent everywhere on site and the hotel is perfect walking distance to shops and other resorts!"
Aston Maui Hill
"Dennis and the entire staff made our trip so enjoyable. We will forever have a special place in our hearts for this place. Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here!"

A stay of at least 4 to 5 days is ideal for exploring the town’s rich heritage through its landmarks, history, and cultural attractions such as beaches, sunsets, snorkeling, islands, sea, swimming, cafes, surfing, dining, and relaxing. Moreover, prices may drop during this period, making it great value for money for travellers on a budget.

You could also enable email alerts or push notifications for updates on flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize opportunities to save. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're informed about any price drops or room availability, making it easier to secure that spontaneous getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you find a more economical stay in a Kihei hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels might provide a more personalised touch and sometimes enhanced value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer a more attractive option.
- Consider your location: Hotels in the city centre tend to be pricier, but thanks to Kihei’s excellent public transport connections, you might find a more affordable independent hotel a little further out that is still well-connected. For those inclined to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
