The staff was the highlight of this resort. They were friendly and helpful. The room was not the best. There was no toilet paper rod to dispense the toilet paper. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were old and dirty.

The pool and breakfast in its traditional setting were appealing. The rooms were ok but updating will be nicer. The location is ideal for everything in San Fernando and environs. You can walk to food places and other amenities.

The location was very convenient and I could easily walk to places. I like that right across the street there were places to eat. The room was serviced daily which was very nice. The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. Special thank you to Liam who did an amazing job with my arrangements and assisting with transportation from the airport!

The food and staff were nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and in room amenities are pretty good. My bathroom had an odor like urine but it didn't appear dirty. Some updating is needed. Overall a decent property and no complaints about the lovely staff.
