Nice place, excellently positioned right in the city centre with nearby free parking recommended by the hosts. Basic, no frills but 100% adequate. If you wanted to cook like at home this would not be for you but for a one night stay knowing we would eat out it was brilliant. I loved the shutters and blackout blinds and easy access to the centre. No problems, I would recommend.

Really cool little spot in brilliant location - just around the corner from the bus to airport and towards the north of the island as well as a minute walk to cafes bars etc. So close I accidentally walked past it returning on my first night. I had some issues finding the place initially as Google maps brought be a few minutes away. When I found the general location a very nice lady next to the main office helped me find the right apartment on the main street. Meanwhile the host was in contact with me also.

If you wanna stay on the ground floor, choose the 1st option with smaller room. Other rooms are on 1st floor without a lift. The room is good but bring along with your own shampoo/shower gel. They offer one there without label. So I don’t even know that is a shower gel or shampoo. Unlike other stay, they don’t offer bottle of water and tap water isn’t drinkable. Others are all great.

Great little cozy place in the heart of the action

Amazing communication and so helpful, the one thing you want on vacation is easy…and it was so easy! Everything was taken care of, communication was great and location, location, location. It was right in the heart of the action, walk out the door and you are there. The property is very simple, nothing flashy, so if you are looking for that beach town simplicity it is perfect, if you are looking for high end hotel, probably not your spot. With that said, property was great, had everything you needed and nothing that you don’t. I would absolutely recommend if you are just looking for a simple place right off Corso Umberto and all the restaurants and night life. You won’t find a better location anywhere near the price point.

It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor and there were people walking past and laughing which made it hard to get to sleep but it was very clean. The check-in process was a little surprising in that an app asked me to scan my passport and then let me pay the local tax. The next morning was confusing because they sent me an email saying that I needed to pay the tax and for a minute I thought I'd been scammed and that I had given my passport and my credit card number. They did apologize later that they had sent out a standard email that didn't take into account that I had indeed paid on a legitimate site. There was a couple hours of panic that could have been easily avoided by them tailoring email.

It was kind of noisy outside and last night a couple gentlemen were partying outside the door and didn’t leave till midnight. It would be nice if there was somewhere to put your clothes a shelf upstairs perhaps

Väldigt centralt, bra läge. Super mysigt, du finner i princip allt du behöver i lägenheten. Dock var städningen inte den bästa, ens handduken hade gula fläckar, handfatet var inte städat och golvet hade smuts. Men bra lägenhet för mellanlandning om man ska vidare.

Logement très bien placé, en plein centre d’Olbia à côté de la rue commerçante. Logement propre. Communication avec l’hôte très bien. Par contre, logement mal équipé. Par 38 degrés dehors, on aurait apprécié une bouteille d’eau d’accueil. Dans la cuisine, pas d’aliments de première nécessité (pas de sel, pas d’essuie-tout, pas d’huile…), pas de shampoing… on doit tout acheté pour un court séjour. Supermarché le plus proche est à 10mn en voiture.

I stayed one night in the duplex at OlbiaLoft and found the location ideal — just a 2‑minute walk to the main piazza with plenty of dining options and a few shops. The apartment itself was well equipped with a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, cooking essentials) and a renovated bathroom with a modern concrete aesthetic, great lighting, and strong water pressure. The bed upstairs was extremely comfortable, with memory‑foam pillows and a pillow‑top mattress. Although the apartment is on a busy street, we didn’t experience the noise issues mentioned in other reviews. Blackout blinds helped block out light from the translucent door. A few areas could be improved: when we arrived, the window had been left open, allowing mosquitoes inside; we also noticed a lingering cigarette smell. Housekeeping could freshen the space more thoroughly. Checkout is strictly enforced at 10 AM — a cleaner knocked at 9:45 and was eager to begin turnover. The air conditioner works well but needs time to cool the large space. TV is located in the kitchen and unfortunately did not work during our stay. No breakfast provided. Please also note, you must download the Expedia app to be able to communicate with the Obiloft staff. You will need to complete a registration form/ uploading your travel documents in order to receive the apartment number and code to get in. Overall, a comfortable stay with great location and amenities, with a few small details that could be refined.
