I have travelled a lot around the world and have stayed at 5 & 6 star hotels and I have to say this property and the staff who work in the hotel are one of the best I have ever experienced. Great room with outstanding service during my entire stay. I loved the roof top pool and with a bar and ability to order food. The gym was one of the best hotel guns ever seen and I greatly enjoyed the saunas. Also, great and convenient location in the Garden District and great views of the Nile.

Lovely boutique hotel we had a suite that was very roomy and overlooking the Nile. Pool top level is very small and very crowded- we were a little disappointed as we were not able to get a pool bed at any point as it was always occupied. Restaurants were good but although staff were really trying to be helpful it was as if they were “junior” employees and not always sure what to do. Food was good not great. Service by front desk was excellent.
