The cleaning service should be improved as I waked everyday found a rubbish through at the coridor and beside lift to be honest that was my first time to see such a thing in an hotel also breakfast should include more varities. Overall it was a good experience with value for money and I love that the hotel provide free transportation to Haram approximately every hour I consider the bus is the spirt for this hotel

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and then we extended our stay for another 5 nights, and it is one of the best hotels in this area that we stayed in during our Umrah trip. This hotel is a little far from Haram but the bus runs every hour and takes 10-15 minutes to reach Haram. Thank you for the excellent service, transportation, facilities, staff and everything is great, the rooms are absolutely comfortable and the lobby is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and you made our stay wonderful. We will definitely come back. Thank you أقمنا أنا وزوجتي لمدة 6 ليالٍ ثم قمنا بتمديد إقامتنا لمدة 5 ليالٍ أخرى، وهو من أفضل الفنادق في هذه المنطقة التي أقمنا فيها خلال رحلة العمرة. هذا الفندق بعيد قليلاً عن الحرم ولكن الحافلة تعمل كل ساعة وتستغرق من 10 إلى 15 دقيقة للوصول إلى الحرم. شكرًا لك على الخدمة الممتازة والنقل والمرافق والموظفين وكل شيء رائع، الغرف مريحة تمامًا واللوبي جميل. لقد استمتعنا حقًا بإقامتنا وجعلت إقامتنا رائعة. سنعود بالتأكيد. شكرًا لك

This property should be avoided at all costs! The front desk staff are incompetent and will pretend to be dealing with your issues when they actually are not. We had issues from the moment we arrived at the property. Although we had booked two rooms under the same reservation, the incompetent front desk staff could not find one of the rooms that we booked and made us wait for a good while in the hotel lobby, after we have had a long day of travelling. We were eventually provided with two key cards for two rooms but only to open one of the rooms and find out that the room was still occupied. We returned to the front desk to raise this issue and we were eventually given another room but it did not match the specs of what we initially reserved. The walls of the rooms are thin and you could hear people talking from other rooms and the bathroom facilities were inadequate. When we turned on the shower, there is an initial flow of hot water but this would quickly run out, and then we would have to finish our showers with cold water. There was always standing water in the shower tray and the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor and beyond making it very slippery and dangerous - both our rooms had to be attended by the maintenance team. There were 3 instances of the fire alarm going off and we were informed by the staff that these were as a result of people smoking in their rooms. Ultimately, we have had enough and cut our stay short and booked another hotel.
