Convenient to airport
We stayed here overnight before an international flight. The check in was easy and quick. The hotel was clean although the drain in the bathtub was difficult to open. The airport shuttle was the reason we booked here. Very comfortable stay.

quiet place and nice area to relax
we were a little bit disappointed first to be in marina's room (we didin't understood it was outside the main hotel as it was not correctly indicated in reservation details) . there is a shuttle to call to go between your room and reception but we often walk (10min walk) as it was faster than wait the shuttle. cleaning of ground in room is not done everyday and lot of mosquito to kill before a good night ! the location is quiet and nice. there is a nice swiming pool and lot of good restaurants in the marina. it is far from the city's life but if you want to relax it is the good place ! we also had 2 excursions and Simba agency was just 1 min walk to visit ko phiphi and Kraby. great excursion.

Wonderful hotel near airport
I arrived in the morning & the 9am check in was available. I’d wanted an airport view. So on 2nd day I asked for & was moved to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the airport. This was the whole reason I’d booked my stay here. However, it’s the staff that make this place. Reception, breakfast staff, the smiles & laughter of housekeeping. Thanks to everyone I met. John

Excellent airport hotel
Very satisfied with our overnight stay before flying to Chiang Mai. Very well organised airport shuttle got us quickly from the airport and back again the following morning. Check-in was friendly and efficient and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Crystal lounge was ideal for a relaxing drink and tasty snack. Breakfast in the Crystal restaurant was good with a satisfactory range of items. Overall I think the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to stay here in future.
