Our second visit to Adama Resort and just as good as our first. So tranquil and peaceful but only 10mins by car or free shuttle to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff are really attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast choice and the beef tagine at dinner was a family favourite. Can't wait for a third visit.

Ask for “Sophian” as your taxi driver
The front desk was great except the service at the restaurant. We waited more than 1 hour to try to get are order drinks and they were never brought. I felt as i was being ignore by some of the servers. We end up not eating at the restaurant any day at all. In that ocassion we end up leaving. The rooms but especially the bathrooms are a bit out dated and the second floor A/C is not sufficient for the room. The taxi service from “Sofhian” was excellent.

Nice resort on the outskirts of town
Overall nice place. The plumbing was the main issue during our 5 day stay but the restaurant, pool, and great waiters made up for it! Make sure you bring in snacks and other essentials because the shop on site was closed the entire time and there's nothing in walking distance.

Will never go back
There is no Kids Club, and the breakfast is really rubbish, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - I could have spent my money somewhere else for a much better place.

Nice hotel very very far from beach.
It was nice we just view the city in door places. The beach was 3-4 hours far, other outdoor places were very far from our hotel and the taxi drivers weren't helpful at all.
The hotel gave their visiting guide book a night before when we were living back home.

Nice and in a quiet area
The hotel was very nice and our villa was massive with two en suite. However, there were lots and lots of ants everywhere and after telling the cleaners on many occasions to get rid of them, they tried only once.

Simple place with a nice pool and weird rooms.
A simple hotel with a kindly but lightly trained staff and atmosphere of utter abandonment, even during COP22. This is not necessarily bad in Marrakech if you're looking for solitude. But if you're looking for 5 stars, then go to the Selman, or one of the fancy places in the old town.
What a beautiful place Marrakech really is though. Wow.

Very good especially for the family
Quiet and clean as I you are living in a garden
Yet they should work more to get rid of the huge numbers of ants that even live inside the fridge

Hotel off the beaten track
This hotel could have more facilities for children. It lacked entertainment. Restaurant food was not appetising. Staff were nice. No business centre.
Overall one can relax there. Very nice gardens. Good spa.

Good and Bad
Good Bits - Buffet breakfast (except for first day due to lack of renters), Dinner (but a bit expensive), Spacious rooms and complex. Cheaper than staying in heart of Marrakech. Pleasant reception staff.
Bad Bits - Complained about no bulb in bathroom and no hot water 3 times before getting it sorted on the 3rd day!. Not friendly breakfast staff. Outdoor heated pool is NOT heated so did not go swimming, kids not happy! Spa too expensive. Shuttle bus is too late leaving in the morning (10:30) and no taxi service nearby.

Amazing Hotel.
Great Hotel, the facilities are great as are the breakfast staff. The room was beautiful, and except for an ant problem, was faultless. The reception staff could have been friendlier though! We've booked again for this year, so we're hoping they've improved!
