A good location but I was disappointed with the overall quality of services at the hotel. Wanted to book my "VIP s discounted spa services" at the spa only to find out they have VERY limited products/services available. Unfortunately it was too hot to sit out and enjoy the pool which had absolutely no shade cover. Breakfast options leaned towards asian-style only. It would have been nice to have some plainer or western options to balance. It looked fantastic but the service overall was quite average compared to other places we visited.

Love this hotel and would return.
This hotel was excellent. Perfect location near the river and close to the entertainment area. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, not outstanding but acceptable for Vietnamese locals and enough choices for Western foreigners too. Our river view was nice. Balcony was great. In the negative, we arrived late and our first rooms did not have working air conditioner. We moved to a new room on the second night and it worked properly. I believe the hot water is in a tank and the quantity of hot water is quite limited. I took a bath and the hot water did not last to fill the bathtub completely. We visited during the COVID times and the hotel not very busy. I think perhaps only 2 or 3 floors were occupied.
